11. Conclusions
11.1 As with the previous Management Strategies it continues to be a prime objective to develop a working relationship between the Authority and its Estate tenants, which should be a partnership of mutual benefit, ensuring that the Estate fulfils its role and that the tenants fulfil their ambitions.
Whilst tenancy agreements, and external regulations and other legal constraints, will always bind the two parties, and not always to their mutual advantage, it is nevertheless in the spirit of co-operation between all those who have the well-being of the Farms Estate at heart that this document is commended.
