The Registration Service also offers celebratory ceremonies designed to mark events such as child naming, renewal of marriage vows or commitment. These may be arranged either at the local Registration Office or at approved venues around the county, but not at private homes.

Ceremonies are tailored to suit the families or couple and may include readings and music. Presents may be exchanged and a commemorative certificate will be provided.
