Equality Impact and Needs Assessment (EINA)

Guidance has been developed to help Council decision makers place equality at the centre of their thinking. It will help assess the likely and actual impact of decisions, policies and services on different sections of the community and target action where it is needed most.

Many organisations have contacted us to ask if they can use our Toolkit.  Our policy is that you are welcome to use our Toolkit and we encourage as many organisations in Devon (or other counties!) to do so.  If you adapt it for your own use, please acknowledge Devon County Council in your publication.
