It is our intention that this section of the website be used as a means of keeping any interested parties aware of Devon Pension Services pledges of service, commitment to standards and administrative performance. We will also use these pages as a means of keeping you up to date on any initiatives we begin or achievements we accomplish. - Customer Survey Analysis/Results - The results and analysis of a recent survey we conducted, in which a random selection of 100 active pension scheme members were asked a variety of questions about their experiences of Devon Pension Services.
- Customer Survey Action Plan - Using the feedback we receive via our regular customer surveys, we create/update a Devon Pension Services Action Plan; a document with the express aim of showing how DPS plans to address customer highlighted issues and areas possibly requiring improvement.
