E-mail has become the preferred method of communication in business and because it is inexpensive to use it is also now a popular method of staying in contact with friends and family. It allows us to send messages, photographs and video clips all over the world.
People are becoming so reliant on email they can’t leave their desks without it and mobile devices which pick up email on the move are becoming more popular.
Our training courses are designed to give the inexperienced user the basic skills to start using email. For the more experienced user our courses will guide you on how to get the best out of your email system including areas such as calendar, tasks and contacts.
Devon County Council’s current standard email application is Microsoft Outlook.
