Devon County Council has a small insurance section which negotiates with and passes claims to our Insurers.

If you think you have a claim against the County Council in respect of the Highway, please contact your nearest Area Highway Management Office and select your area from the map, or complete the online fault reporting form relating to your claim

Other issues

Any other potential claim should initially be raised with the Directorate concerned and may involve using the County Council's Complaints Procedure.
