Queen's Awards for two local companies

The Lord Lieutenant of Devon, Eric Dancer CBE JP, is to present Queen's Awards for Enterprise for International Trade to two local companies next week.

His first visit on Tuesday, July 22 is to Centek Ltd of Newton Abbot. On arrival at 11.50am he will be greeted by Managing Director Tony Cutmore. After a tour of the factory, the award will be presented in the boardroom at 12.30pm.

The Lord Lieutenant's second visit is to Point to Point Wireless Group and WiBB Engineering of Ashburton. He will be greeted by Vice President WiBB Engineering and Product Management Philip Bolt at 1.40pm, followed by a tour of the works. The presentation of the award will take place at 2.30pm.
