Chairman and Vice Chairman of the County Council

At its Annual Meeting 22 May 2008 the Council elected Councillor John Rawlinson as Chairman of the County Council for the 2008/2009 municipal year. Councillor Rawlinson represents the Torrington Rural Electoral Division.

Councillor Douglas Hull who represents theAxminster Electoral Division was elected Vice Chairman.

Members of the Executive and Chairmen of Committees

At its Annual Meeting the Council appointed members to its Executive. The Chairman of the Executive is Cllr Brian Greenslade. The Vice Chairman is Cllr John Smith
