No charge for DVD or CD reservations when placed in person in libraries which do not stock the requested format. Hire charges still apply for DVDs and CDs.
50p applies to reservations placed online by borrowers, reservations placed by people who are over 65 or who have a disability and mobile library users.
Recorded music and audiobook reservations free for people with a disability.
Lost and damaged items
Borrowers are responsible for all items issued on their tickets and will be charged for any items lost or damaged. A standard scale of charges is applied, based on the cost of a new replacement item of the same type. For items of special value or material borrowed from other library authorities, a significantly higher charge will normally be made.

Public Access Computer Charges
(Including VAT)
Library members: up to 30 minutes free per individual per day; thereafter £2.20 per 30 minutes.
Non-members: £2.20 per 30 minutes.
Under 18 library members up to 1 hour free for study purposes.
If you have a disability that affects your use of computers you can have up to 1 hour free per day.
