Our Read, Ride, Relax photography competition, run in partnership with Travelwise, attracted some very high quality entries.

Four lucky winners where chosen and each will receive a superb Fujifilm A820 digital camera and camera kit worth over £100. The winners photographs will feature on a series of posters which will be displayed in libraries throughout the summer. The runners-up will receive a £30 book token each.

The aim of the competition was to promote both reading and 'green' or sustainable travel as part of the 2008 National Year of Reading celebrations. There were four age categories - 5-11, 12-14, 15-17 and 18+.
