Devon Library Services aim to provide a wide range of materials for children and young people of all abilities. Members of staff are happy to help with information and advice on suitable books for different ages, needs and abilities. Booklists and leaflets are also available to help you and your child choose and enjoy books together.

We also provide an information service for parents, carers and people working with children. The Community Information Database provides details of clubs, societies and support groups, both local and national.

DISC - Devon Information on Services for Children - provides information on playgroups, childminders, nurseries, out-of-school clubs - in short, all kinds of organisations that work with and for children. DISC also provides links to other relevant web sites.

The Devon School Library Service provides curriculum-focused resources and advice on all aspects of school libraries.

Young people are welcome to use our library computers and may have Internet Access at varying levels.
