Sidmouth Reading Group was formed in September 2003. We are a lively and informal gorup who enjoy discussing a wide variety of titles, fiction and non-fiction.  Titles are chosen by group members and there is an opportunity for individuals to initiate the monthly discussions.  In conjunction with our Reading Group we have regular author events at Sidmouth Library in the form of Literary Lunches, which regularly sell out! Participants enjoy a delicious buffet lunch before listening to a well known author.

We have a wide age range in the group, and are enjoying sharing and comparing views and opinions with other book lovers. Tea and biscuits are provided.

We would encourage anyone who enjoys reading and would like to share their reading experience to join our group. We currently have around 20 members and usually 15 attend each meeting. We are always happy to welcome new members.
