If you feel "stuck in a rut" with your book choices we hope to introduce authors new to you, and broaden your reading experience. Books are discussed at an informal get together over tea and biscuits.

THE THURSDAY EVENING GROUP
We read one selected title per month, (usually my choice!) then meet in the Library to discuss it. Most of our choices are contemporary fiction, often from prize shortlists, but with occasional forays into translated work, non-fiction, poetry or biography.
