Bideford Library Readers’ Group is now in its 4^th year. We have a core membership of about 12, some of whom have been with us from the start. We generally read one title per month and discuss it in the group. In the past we have had several author visits including Hilary Bonner and Tony Benn, but have not done this for some time; so perhaps we should do it again soon!  We have a monthly news sheet called ‘Readers Reply', produced by the only man in our group! We meet on the first Wednesday of the month at Bideford Library at 2pm (entrance via Town hall) . Tea and biscuits provided. Just turn up or if you want to read the book in advance of the meeting please call into the library for a copy, or phone Rose Arno on  01237 476075.

Books Without Babies
This group meets on the 3^rd Wednesday of the month at Bideford Library (entrance via town hall). It is aimed at parents with young children who want some time for themselves. We read and discuss one book per month.
