Yes. All internal public areas are accessible, including toilet for disabled people. Off street car parking adjacent, including parking spaces designated for disabled people.
There are hearing loops at the counters and in the meeting room and the computer training suite.

The Local Studies Library is jointly operated with the Devon Record Office and the North Devon Athenaeum - opening hours may not be the same as the local studies library.
Record Office holdings are available two Saturdays a month (usually 2nd and 4th - ring to check this) but original documents should be ordered in advance.
The General Record Office Index is available but other North Devon Athenaeum holdings are not.
