Title: Harry Potter Book Night
Date:Thursday 2 February
Time: 16:30-18:00
Description: They say that the influence of a good teacher can never be erased, so who better to celebrate this Harry Potter Book Night 2nd February 2017 than The Professors of Hogwarts. Whether it was the suave charm of Gilderoy Lockhart or the dark complexity of Severus Snape, many of the professors of Hogwarts had a huge impact on Harry Potter’s adventures at Hogwarts. At Exeter Library, we will be recreating Professor Sprout's greenhouse where we will be welcoming young wizards, witches and other magical creatures to join in our spellbinding activities.
Audience:This event is aimed at children over 6 years, who must be accompanied by an adult.

A little philosophy about our Language Café meet up… They are not lessons so some (even if basic) knowledge of the languages is required to participate. You don’t have to come to the whole session, feel free to come and go as you wish. It is informal so come prepared to grab a drink and have a go at chatting about things of common interest either in large or small groups. Description: During the session staff and volunteers will be on hand for one to one support located in the Teen area of the library. Find help with basic IT skills, using the internet, creating email accounts, sending and receiving emails, using social media and much more.
