What do you want from a book club?
Help shape teenage provision In Newton Abbot.
We hope to be joined each month by local Author Luisa Plaja, Luisa is currently writing her third novel you may have seen Split by a Kiss and Extreme Kissing in the Teen section.
Our aim is to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere, to explore new authors, different writing styles and above all have FUN!
On Saturday 5th December we had our very first meeting where we started getting to know one another. We met Luisa who introduced us to her work, did some Christmas poetry, looked at some zigzag stories, decided what we would like to read for the next meeting and there was some talk about being set regular challenges! We look forward to telling you more in early 2010…
