Title:Summer Reading Challenge - Animal Agents

Time: Throughout Summer Holidays
Description: The Summer Reading Challenge takes place every year during the summer holidays. You can sign up at your local library, then read six library books of your choice to complete the Challenge. There are exclusive rewards to collect along the way, and it’s FREE to take part! This summer there’s something strange happening at the library – and that’s where the Animal Agents come in! The Animal Agents love solving mysteries and they need YOU to help them crack their biggest case yet. Pick up a free challenge pack and investigation kit from your local library to help the animal agents catch the crooks.

Bookings: No booking necessary, just pop to the children's library during the holidays and get signed up to join the fun!

Description: Come along to this special Storytime session, where Loreley Amiti will be reading her book ‘The Moon Lantern’ at Exeter Library.

Title: Boo to a Goose Theatre presents: The Magic Garden
Date:Tuesday 29 August
Time: 14:30
Description: Join Auntie Mimi and Mr Forget-me-not for a picnic in their Magic Garden. This enchanting, multi-sensory show with puppets and music, is sure to delight the whole family, but especially children up to 5 years. So bring your teddy bears and join in the fun! The performance will also include a BSL interpreter.
Audience:For Children Under 5

Time: Beginners session 16:15-17:15, Advanced session 17:30-18:15
Description: Come along to Code Club at Exeter Library. Projects are easy to follow step-by-step guides which help children learn Scratch, HTML & CSS and Python by making games, animations, and websites. The projects gradually introduce coding concepts to allow children to build their knowledge incrementally.

Description: Songs, rhymes, musical instruments and more! Interactive and fun session for babies and children. This event is run in term time only. After half term until Easter there will be a pilot running one session for babies and one for toddlers.
Audience:Parents with children aged 0-5 Year's old.
