Surveys and Questionnaires
We are always eager to know what you think of our services and how you think they can be improved. For this reason, we, along with many other local record offices, take part each year in the Public Services Quality Group's national survey of archive visitors each February.
This survey covers such areas as services and facilities, disabled access, and staff, as well as exploring the reasons why archives are used and by whom.
The survey is purely voluntary. However, the more forms are completed, the more accurate our picture of your views will be.
A copy of the survey's results for this office for 1999 is available from our staff.
The Public Services Quality Group is run under the auspices of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounting (CIPFA).
