The BRI is a partnership of town, district and county council along with voluntary and community groups and Devon Renaissance. They have got together to produce a new vision for the future regeneration of Bideford.

The Regeneration Framework will guide development over the next 20 years to improve the character of Bideford, remove run-down sites and encourage more investment in the area.
