Electronic documents
Electronic documents in PDF format can be accessed free of charge from Devon County Council’s Publication Scheme 2009
To read pdf documents you will need Adobe Acrobat reader, which is available free from the Adobe website.
Hard copy documents
Almost all documents listed in the Publication Scheme are available in hard copy format if required.
The Council aims to supply hard copy documents free of charge wherever possible, but may have to make a small charge to cover costs for photocopying and postage.
In the event of multiple copies of a document being required then the Council will charge for the additional copies and the increased charges for postage.
There may also be additional charges if the information required needs to be sent to a fax number.
We will notify you at the time of your request if any charges apply, and any charges will be payable in advance of the Council sending the required documents.
