We have a well established Training Scheme

Trainees will also have the opportunity to undertake placements with our partner organisations Parsons Brinkerhoff and South West Highways in order to gain experience in both public and private sector environments.
These opportunities mean that it is possible with hard work and dedication to become a Chartered Engineer within four years of joining the scheme.
