Outlook XP Advanced
OBJECTIVES:
To introduce Outlook XP as a total desktop management system, and also to enable a broader use of Outlook XP as a whole, by covering the Inbox and Calendar in depth as well as Contacts, Tasks and Notes; introducing other topics such as delegate access, public folders, etc.
AUDIENCE:
Anyone wishing to be able to use all of the different parts of Outlook and to use Outlook as a desktop management system.
DURATION:
One day
PRE-REQUISITES:
Must be familiar with Windows and preferably to be familiar with the basic functions of Outlook such as receiving, sending and replying to e-mail.
