OBJECTIVES:
To give course participants hands on experience of using the Internet Explorer software to browse the World Wide Web. Users will gain experience of using features such as: Favorites, Search Engines, Saving and Printing Pages, accessing internal information through the Staff Zone as well as being able to access external organisations web pages.
AUDIENCE:
Anyone who needs to use the Internet as a Search tool in their day to day work.
DURATION:
Half a Day
PRE-REQUISITES:
To have access to the Internet using Internet Explorer software. To have attended Using a Computer Steps 1, 2 & 3 or PC Awareness Course or have a very good working knowledge of Windows XP.
