Internet Service Standards
Whilst we intend that this service should be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it is possible that on occasion it may be unavailable for very short time periods to permit maintenance or other development activity to take place.
We have set our Internet service standard at 98% availability.
We have published our availability and performance reports online. We use the website monitoring, alerting and reporting service provided by Axzona to ensure our website is performing satisfactorily.
We are planning to report on the performance and availability of our online services by March 2005
