The Corporate Leadership Team (CLT) has responsibility for the overall strategic direction and operating arrangements for Devon County Council. This includes working closely with Members and Heads of Service to:

• Provide for those who need support.
• Help provide the conditions for prosperity.
• Keep the county moving.
• Help individuals and communities to help themselves.
• Promote a healthier environment and population.
