RESOLVED that Councillor Lee and Councillor Radford be elected Chairman and Vice-Chairman respectively for the ensuing year.

*2 Next Meeting

(a) The Committee noted that the next meeting would be held on 21 September 2009.

(b) Members noted that the Traffic Order in relation to the Cullompton one way traffic system would come to a future meeting but may also need to go to the County Council s Development Management Committee.
