Introduction

The outcomes for each Standard in your CWDC workbook need evidence, and you'll find most of the references you need here.

If you've done the 'Skills to Foster' course, you'll already have met up to 60% of the Standards. Other things that count as evidence include:

current training courses
workshops in support groups
e-learning courses
past training certificates
the NVQ in Health and Social Care

How to use this site

Select the Standard you're working on below, then click on the Main Area. You'll get detailed references for each Outcome of each main area, plus details of work you may already have done that qualifies as evidence.
