Participants must have completed the Safeguarding Level 3 Course, formerly the Child Protection Foundation Course, prior to enrolling.
Dates and Venues: T.B.C.
Time: two day course, 9am–4.30pm
Maximum number for this course: there are spaces available for foster carers who work with children who have suffered from emotional abuse and neglect. This is a multiagency training programme which provides a good opportunity for carers to train alongside teachers, health professionals and other social care staff. Please register your interest on the booking form, and the training clerk will be in touch.
Carers will need to commit to each day if they wish to attend this course. If you are offered a place it is essential that you attend.
