Learning outcomes: By the end of the session participants will be able to:
- understand the importance of life story work, and the role of the foster carer in gathering memories
- understand how to help children make sense of their lives and the effects of separation and many moves
- contribute to life story work with children and explore different tools to use
- provide a framework for explaining difficult stories and for helping children understand the decision making process.
