Training Courses
Adva has developed and delivers many training programmes across Devon. These are accessible to all front-line workers and managers in Devon at subsidised rates. Agencies outside Devon may also attend these courses however delegates will be charged the full cost.
Adva has a specialist, highly experienced and skilled team of trainers who have delivered adva’s domestic violence and abuse training for over five years.
Over 7,000 front-line workers in Devon have received training to date, however adva continues to recognise the need for more training.
Publication of 2009 - 2010 adva training data - Full Report and Executive Summary
Adva is delighted to publish a detailed report about the delegates adva trained during 2009 – 2010. The report highlights which sector and agency our delegates came from and also in which geographical location across Devon they worked. The data is broken down into adva course ‘type’ for analytical purposes, so we can see, for example, which adva courses we need to market to which particular agencies etc.
