Glue Ear and Language Development by Maureen Nixon - £2.00

At least one in four children under the age of seven suffers some degree of hearing loss due to glue ear. When this is severe and prolonged it can result in delayed or disruptive language development, affecting the child's educational progress. This book addresses some of the questions teachers ask about glue ear and includes a checklist of auditory and language skills, targets and teaching strategies and a language development profile.
