During the year 2003/2004 we handled 11,789 consumer and 1,537 business enquiries.

Since September 2004 Consumer Direct South West have been handling our consumer enquiries and can be contacted on 08454 04 05 06 or from their website at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk.  Consumer Direct has been set up in partnership with the South West Trading Standards Service and DTI.
