Regardless of whether you are the accountable body or a partner organisation in the project, you will have strict obligations in monitoring and review.  It is vitally important to be aware of the requirements of each of the funding organisations supporting your project.

It is also important to have monitoring systems in place before the project has actually commenced.  You will need to seek advice from both the funding organisation and - if applicable - your own finance officer.
