• All personnel related aspects are dealt with by DCCS including :-

           Advertisement and recruitment
           Interviewing and appointment procedures
           Disciplinary and grievance procedures
           Rehabilitation of Offenders / Protection of Children Legislation

• Access, at any time, to the full DCCS Site Services back-up and support in emergencies including a 24 hour emergency number.
  
• Equipment to meet the agreed cleaning requirements is supplied and maintained within the agreed price.
  
• All materials and consumables for use during the period of the Agreement will be supplied and delivered within the agreed price.
  
• Full Health and Safety support including COSHH and Risk Assessment.
  
• Full support and advice from our experienced Operations Team who can advise on :-
  
  The most appropriate cleaning techniques and methods for your site
  The allocation of areas and production of cleaning schedules
  Cleaning Products and Equipment
  Choice, and maintenance of, appropriate floor coverings for specific areas on your site

• The option of having your Agreement run for one, two or three years with only four months written notice to withdraw from the arrangements without penalty.
