Grays Farmhouse, (A 'phone call before visiting would be advisable) 'Flower Barrows' are unique to Devon and are hand-made in the traditional way by John Bimson, at his workshop in Hemyock. As well as Flower Barrows, John also makes a range of garden furniture. All products are made from commercially managed, re-planted forestation. They are all Celcure treated to guarantee a long, maintenance-free life. However, if desired, they can be painted or stained to your own requirements. A little linseed oil applied to axles, and grease to bearings is highly recommended. Some of the products produced by Flower Barrows are: Barrows which come in 3 sizes, garden benches, a variety of seating, garden tables, picnic benches, flower troughs, bird tables and the 'Geoff Hamilton' composting bin. Flower Barrows will also produce unusual 'one-off' ornamental pieces if desired. |  |
