Devon County Council Trading Standards Service recognises that most businesses trade in a legal, decent, and honest way. We now have a scheme that enables reputable businesses to promote to customers that they believe in and deliver good customer service.

You, the consumer, can now shop with confidence. Look out for the "CustomerFirst" logo, which will be displayed by member businesses.

We are always interested in new members so if you would like to nominate a local business, one who has given you good service, either a retailer or a service provider, then please fill in the online form and submit to send it to us.
