When to visit

You are welcome to drop in for an informal chat on any Wednesday morning between 10am and 1pm. or make an appointment to see an occupational therapist Monday to Thursday from 10am to 3pm or on Friday from 10am to 1pm.

Unfortunately we are unable to make home visits. You can contact your local Social Services office via Care Direct on 0845 155 1007 instead, who can also provide you with a list of equipment suppliers.

There is plenty of parking in a large car park but you will need to follow the directions carefully as we are not that easy to find.

Bus PR5 from South Street to The Range and walk through car park onto Haven Road, turn right and follow the river (on your left).  Walk past the Welcome Inn and there are a few steps up to the building which is on the right.
