The Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturdays 9am – 1pm

The Customer Service Centre contact numbers are changing from 0845 to 0345.

The existing 0845 numbers will remain in use for an extended period, however using the 0345 numbers will be better for you, as telephone companies are obliged to include 0345 numbers in their free minutes packages.
