Council Emergency Services:

Information about the Councils plans for major, civil, oil pollution, flooding or chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear emergencies.  Some of the information in this class contains or is derived from documents which the Council consider contains exempt information.  Where this occurs the material will clearly show where information has been withheld, and what exemption has been applied and why.  Typically this would be for security reasons.
