The Devon Foot and Mouth Inquiry is being filmed so that it can be broadcast live over Devon County Council's internet website, Information Devon. This is to ensure that as many people as possible inside and outside Devon have the opportunity to see some or all of it. The recordings will be kept, along with statements submitted and any other paperwork related to the Inquiry. Parts or all of the recording may be submitted to the Government as part of Devon's submission to any of the three national Foot and Mouth Inquiries. To comply with the Data Protection Act, anyone at the Inquiry who is not happy they are being filmed must let the Chairman of the inquiry know immediately.
