Devon County Council has allocated £2m towards enhancement of the Strand area in Exmouth, to ensure that it continues to meet the developing needs of the town into the next century. The County will be joining forces with East Devon District, who have allocated £1m towards the scheme and Exmouth Town Councils for this partnership project. Before any detailed design work commences for the Strand, a programme of consultation is taking place with local traders and residents.  You can read about the third consultation amendments and the final design below.
