Date:Tuesday 28 November
Time: 17:30-18:30
Description: Who is your customer? What is the most cost and time effective way of engaging with them? Sometimes the consumer of the product is not the one that pays for it and engaging directly with the customer is not always the best way of selling products and services; wholesale, distribution models and partnership alliances are as valid as web based sales and marketing, but really understanding the customer, their procurement attitudes and behaviour, is a great barometer to understanding how best to sell your proposition. This workshop will illustrate how to characterise your typical customer, segment them into manageable groups and then adopt the most appropriate way of engaging with them.
