Description: The Summer Reading Challenge takes place every year during the summer holidays. You can sign up at your local library, then read six library books of your choice to complete the Challenge. There are exclusive rewards to collect along the way, and itís FREE to take part! This year the Summer Reading Challenge theme isÖ Animal Agents, featuring a mystery story and illustrations by Tony Ross. Look out for fun events in the library throughout the summer. Description: The Visually Impaired Book Club offers an opportunity to discuss books (supplied as audiobook or large print book) in an informal and supportive atmosphere. Organised in partnership with Dartmouth Caring, refreshments are supplied and transport may be available. There will be occasional visits from healthcare experts.

Description: We read one selected title per month, (usually my choice!) then meet in the Library to discuss it. Most of our choices are contemporary fiction, often from prize shortlists, but with occasional forays into translated work, non-fiction, poetry or biography.
