Providers

Providers help the Supporting People Team to monitor and review their services. They are under obligation to comply with reporting requirements and to submit returns to the SP team. The data we collect is periodically sent to Communities and Localities of Government (CLG) so Central Government can see the value of the Supporting People programme and the outcomes for service users.

Reporting Requirements is a document which summarises what data Providers need to send to Supporting People and when, where and how to send it.

Below are direct links to the required documents for download.
- Quality Assessment Framework Self Assessment
- Performance Indicator workbook
- Devon Service Review Validation workbook
- Client Record form

Protection of Vulnerable Adults explains who a vulnerable adult is, what abuse means and what can be done about it. The multi agency policy, guidelines and the public information leaflet give advise who to contact if you need to report an incident or share a concern.
There are also links to other relevant websites.
