TS Connect helps the Devon Trading Standards Service to:
1. Empower Devon people – if people know their rights, they are less likely to become the next victims of scamsters and cowboy traders.
2. Show Devon people where to seek advice and support – many people don’t know they can contact Citizens Advice Consumer Service for professional consumer advice at the cost of a local call.
3. Support our ‘Buy With Confidence’ approved businesses through these difficult times for traders whilst giving you a chance to win some of their services in the process!
