We have introduced a new approach to impact assessment which replaces the EINA Toolkit below.

Equality Impact and Needs Assessment (or EINA) is used by Devon County Council to place equality at the centre of its decision making. A guidance and a toolkit is available for staff and Members to use. Training and EINA Facilitators are also available to provide support.
