As such, the information contained in these pages may not be particularly useful to employees or the public as a whole. By all means feel free to look around this Employers section, but the information of real use to the scheme members  will be held in the employee specific sections of this website.

• Employer News - Communications from ourselves regarding changes in procedures, highlighting current matters of interest and anything else we feel would benefit the funds employers being made aware of.

• Employing Bodies - A list of all employers who belong to the Devon Pension Fund (as administered by Devon Pension Services)

• Employer Discretions - An overview of which LGPS regulations require the employer to devise and implement a suitable discretion policy (January 2008).

• Employers Guide - This is the latest version of the Employers Guide; updated in July 2008..It offers guidance regarding the key duties and information provision demanded of the employer, particularly in its relationship with Devon Pension Services.

• Pensions Complaints Procedure: Employers Guide (249KB - pdf help) - Guidance through the various stages of the Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure, written for the use of scheme employers/administrators.

• PLOG Details - Minutes and presentations (if applicable) of all recent Pensions Liaison Officers Group meetings.

• Employer Forms - Various 'EAS' forms with which to contact Devon Pension Services (versions for use from 1st April 2008 onwards).

• Pension Staff Contact Details - A comprehensive email, telephone and responsibilities list of all members of staff currently employed by Devon Pension Services.
