RETRACKING is a photocopiable resource pack aimed at supporting students who have been experiencing difficulties at school which may have led to, or be leading to their exclusion.

The pack TARGETS students in the secondary sector, but may also be appropriate for top end juniors. For USE by home tutors, educational welfare officers, pastoral staff, educational psychologists and youth support workers.

It AIMS to guide students to - a raised AWARENESS of factors which may have contributed to their current situation - an UNDERSTANDING of their emotions and behaviour in a variety of settings - provide SKILLS TRAINING aimed at areas of difficulty identified above.
