Conclusion and Acknowledgements

The Community Appraisal was designed to give everyone an opportunity to express an opinion on a range of issues within the Parish. If you want to make any further comment on this report please write to Westleigh Parish Council or telephone a Council member.

The Appraisal has been financially supported by Westleigh Parish Council, North Devon District Council, Devon County Council, North and East Devon Health Authority, Community Council of Devon and the European 5b Fund.

Thanks are due to all those people who made this document possible, not least of which were those who took the time and trouble to complete and return the questionnaire. The next step in this process however, will be more difficult. The Parish Council will seek to implement as many of the recommendations as possible but it will need the help of everyone concerned, if a real impact is to be achieved. If you can spare some time to assist in any way whatsoever, please let a member of the Parish Council know how you can help. We all believe that Westleigh is a community well worth the effort.
